The best things come in small packages - especially true of the Rancilio Compact Classe 7 espresso machine. Great for the small restaurant or wine bar, this machine has been designed to fit into the tightest of spaces. This fully functional 2 group is only 590mm wide, yet is capable of producing 150-200 coffees per hour and it's compact 5 litre boiler has plenty of steam pressure. It also operates from a 13amp plug which makes it convenient for sites where 20 or 30 amp power is unavailable. Available in semi-automatic or automatic versions. | |

The LEVA group allows the brewingphase to be controlled manually. The barista will have complete control over the brewing process using a method from the great Italian tradition of espresso machines. The mechanical lever action combined with the use of a gas boiler allows this model to be used even in the absence of an electrical power supply.
